Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original boxes, ensuring all designer tags remain attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and attach it firmly to the outside of your return shipment.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
